Brian Heder is a veteran smuggler operating in the Leonida Keys and a long-standing figure within the region’s trafficking networks. Today he operates out of Brian’s Boat Works & Marina, using the facility as a base for moving illegal cargo through the Keys while delegating much of the risky work to younger associates. His long experience and extensive connections have made him a respected figure within the local underworld.
